REGISTRATION FOR 2013
Welcome! Registration for the 2013 National Race to End Women’s Cancer is going strong! The race will take place on Sunday, November 3, 2012 at 9:00 a.m. Our goal is to reach 5,000 participants and raise $250,000 online through individual registrations, contributions and TEAMS!
ONLINE REGISTRATION CLOSES THURSDAY, 10/31! Race Day registration opens at 7:00 a.m. and is $45.
It’s ALL About the TEAMS!!
There is no better way to participate in the National Race to End Women’s Cancer than to gather your friends, families and co-workers to MULTIPLY awareness and funding to save lives. Survivors are at the heart and soul of this effort. Reach out to all who support you in your fight against GYN cancer and enlist them to join this movement!
Remember, teams are comprised of ANYONE who supports your efforts to raise money and awareness for cancers unique to women. Team members can be race registrants (8K or one mile runners or walkers, or those who sleep in and still support the cause) and ANYONE who contributes money in your team’s name.
Top Team Totals Awards Program
Every time your gang clicks on your team page to add new members and new donations, your “honor scroll” will reflect your team’s progress and status in the Top Team awards program. The top three teams’ winners will be recognized on race day, and will be acknowledged on stage for your stupendous achievements in bringing in the most registrations and contributions.

Here are the first steps in the Registration Process:
- 1. Name your team!
- 2. Put together your email distribution list of prospective team members.
- 3. Draft language for your initial outreach. TELL YOUR STORY!

Anyone can donate from anywhere, ANY time and build your team totals.
Pre-race packet pick-up will take place on Saturday, November 2, 2013 from 10 am to 4 pm at the Pacers store in Clarendon: 3100 Clarendon Blvd. in Arlington, VA, Metro stop: Clarendon (on the Orange Line).
The RACE Day Packet Pick-Up Tent will be open at 7:00 a.m. and the official race start is 9:00 a.m. EST.
