Passport MINI Pit Stop
The 2013 National Race to End Women’s Cancer event site will feature an avenue for vendors — sponsored by Passport MINI of Alexandria, VA — to display and sell their wares to 5,000+ participants. The race production team will provide either 10′x10′ or 10′x20′ tents, a 6′ table, table cover and two chairs. Any other production items (generators, lighting elements, etc.) will require additional approvals and be charged to the vendor.
Passport MINI Pit Stop rates are:
$500 per 10 x 10 booth space ($350 for nonprofits)
$1,000 per 10 x 20 booth space ($750 for nonprofits)
NOTE: Larger tent spaces can be negotiated.
